Refund & Cancellation Policy
General Policy: All Sales Are Final Please note that we operate under a strict no-refund policy. All purchases made through Tasse Coffee, including physical goods and course bookings, are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Courses and Workshops For all courses, workshops, and lessons, the following rules apply:

Schedule First: You must contact us to schedule your time slot before making any payment.

Payment & Confirmation: Once a time is agreed upon and payment is made, your booking is confirmed.

Non-Refundable: After payment has been processed, the course fee is 100% non-refundable. We cannot offer cancellations or refunds for any reason once the transaction is complete.
Damages and Issues (Defective Items) While we do not offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our products. Please inspect your physical order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Perishable goods: Coffee beans, food, flowers, or plants cannot be returned.

Custom products: Special orders or personalized items are final sale.

Sale items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
