Do we send coffee beans overseas?

Yes, we can ship internationally using Japan Post EMS or Japan Post Small Package Delivery. It depends on the order weight.

What is the roasted date of your beans when I purchase them from your website?

At Tasse Coffee Roastery, we ensure the highest quality and freshness of our coffee beans. All our beans are aged within 14 days before shipping out to guarantee an optimal flavor profile and experience.

What is Tasse Coffee Roastery’s shipping cost?

For Japan shipping, we offer as below:

  • 0g-200g (ポスト投函): 370円(税込)
  • 201g-500g (ゆうパック): 570円(税込)
  • 501-1000g (ゆうパック): 870円(税込)
  • 1kg 以上(ゆうパック): 無料

For international shipping, we use Japan Post EMS / Small Package Delivery, and rates will vary based on country and order weight.

How long will it take to receive my coffee beans?

Your order will be shipped within 4 business days after payment confirmation.

For international EMS shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

How can I pay for my coffee beans?

Payment can be made by credit card / Paypal.

What happens if the coffee beans I receive are damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged in transit or incorrect. We will handle the cost of returning the faulty or incorrect goods. You can request a refund by email within 7 days of purchase.

What if I am not available to receive my package or I provided the wrong address?

If the package is returned to us due to long-term absence, refusal to accept, or an address mistake, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the re-shipment, even for originally free-shipping products.

How fresh are the coffee beans I will receive?

At Tasse Coffee Roastery, we believe in "aging" our beans after roasting to enhance flavor and aroma. Our Daily Line beans are shipped within 14 days of roasting, and our Black Label within a month, to ensure optimal aging.

How can I get a receipt for my purchase?

If you require a receipt, please contact us at our designated email address hello@tasse-coffe.jp with your order number, name, and any specific details you want on the receipt. We will issue it according to our company’s format.
